Vintage Wayne Village Pottery Wayne Maine Christmas 1992 Blue Clay Redware Cardinal Platter Style #3 Made from Maine "blue" clay, this is a heavy, substantial handmade redware platter made for holiday 1992. Decorated with a red cardinal on a pine tree branch with rings around rim, this is a very special piece to decorate for the winter. Wayne Village Pottery, located in Wayne Maine no longer makes these kinds of pieces so this is a rare, signed example of their earlier work. 10.5" diameter X 1.5" base to rim Condition: Excellent vintage with no known flaws or damage.
