Softcover FIRST EDITION published by the Committee on House Administration in 1961. Contains inaugural addresses from George Washington (1789) to JFK (1961). The book is solid and intact with fading to covers and spine. Please note that the spine is not torn or missing - this is the form the book had when published by the US Govt. Printing Office. I see two pages with folded corners and each of those pages contains sparse underlining (see photos). Some edge wear to covers. Ships in a box, protected with bubble wrap.
