Labor Day Sale - 1912 Mezzotint after John Baptiste Greuze Boy w/Apple by Elizabeth Milner - Doorbus - Arts & Crafts

For your consideration is this early 20th century print. It is identified on the back as a “1912 mezzotint entitled, ‘Boy with Appel’ (apple) after John Baptiste Greuze.” Top right outside the artwork is printed, “Published in the year 1912 by C. Klackner 20 Old Bond, Great London.” The top left is marked, “Copyright 1912 by C. Klackner 28 St., New York.” The frame and print are in excellent condition. There looks like some teeny-tiny dots of browning on the outer margins of the print. There are some skinny scratches on the left side of the frame that I don’t think are all that noticeable. Someone removed the paper backing on the print and taped it back on with masking tape. SHIPPING METHODS: USPS ground shipping. The item will need double boxed and many layers of padding thus the price.
