New. But not brand new. … has a few old brown paint “scuffs” from stored with paints and painted pieces…. Nothing paint won’t cover. No chips or cracks. This is one of my “newer” ones I added to my collection “to do” a few years ago. all my ready to paint pieces I have listed have been in my storage chest for anywhere from 2 to 30 years. It’s time to clean out my unpainted pieces chest. I’ve done soooo many of these over the years since the 90’s and my house can’t fit anymore!
