This is a 1976 D Roosevelt Dime Full Torch/Full Bands. This is a Business Strike coin but Never circulated. Bought a roll in 1976 from the local bank and stored until now. From what I've learned on YouTube, what makes the 1976 dime valuable is because in 1976 the dime was minted on "crappy" metal. This made the coins wear down quickly causing many of the coins to be pulled from circulation. Making this coin in this condition valuable because of the rarity.
